**Location**: Pune

**What's this role about?**

A Shared Services Manager for North America, UK and Europe is responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals who provide a range of support services to multiple business units within the organization. This person is accountable for the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective and efficient shared services that meet the needs of stakeholders across the regions

**Here's how you'll contribute**:
1. Developing and implementing shared services strategies and plans that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

2. Managing the day-to-day operations of the shared services team, ensuring that they provide timely, accurate and customer-focused support to stakeholders.

3. Ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of shared services, such as HR, finance, procurement, IT and other back-office functions.

4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, suppliers and partners.

5. Developing and managing the shared services budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that costs are kept under control.

6. Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline shared services and increase efficiency.

7. Developing and delivering training programs to ensure that the shared services team has the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality support.

8. Leading and managing change initiatives, such as organizational restructuring or system implementation, to support the ongoing development of the shared services function.

9. Building and leading a high-performing team, providing coaching and mentoring to individuals and ensuring that they have the support and resources needed to succeed.

10. Ensuring that shared services are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and best practices, and that the organization's risk profile is managed effectively.
