- Valid Master Mariner license or equivalent certification.
- Extensive experience in maritime operations, with a focus on Breakbulk, Bulk, and Project cargoes.
- Proven track record in managing port operations and optimizing voyage performance.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
