**About The Role**
- Title: Implementation Associate
- Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

**Role Overview**:
We empower our clients with innovative digital solutions to enhance their operations and growth potential. We are seeking a Implementation Associate to join our team in Bangalore, India, with a focus on client servicing and expertise in setting up and configuring Tarnea iRevo App, and Facebook, Google My Business, Instagram and WhatsApp Business

As a Implementation Associate at Tarnea, you will play a vital role to onboard our customers and configure all their social media handles. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in having used social media handles and the ability to learn new tools and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Onboarding**:Work closely with clients to help with them with App installation, Facebook profile creation, Google My Business Setup, Instagram setup, WhatsApp Business Account setup, WhatsApp Business Account setup and migration.

**Configurations**: Configuring the App, Social Media handles and connecting with the relevant Tarnea Accounts and systems

**Training**: Training the customer on the app usage, navigation, and features usage

**Communication Skills**:Should be able to communicate clearly and precisely with in the local language and/or English with the customer during onboarding. Understanding customer queries and answering them accurately.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer success, to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

**Soft skills**: Clear in communications, exhibit politeness and composed demeanour in all interactions with customers.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Any experience in working with online social media platforms or digital marketing experience is added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
