Understanding the customer specification as well as Contract Document from both technical and commercial point of view; Co-ordinating with Design for timely engineering deliverables as per contract; Coordinating with SCM for finalization of purchase orders on vendors within the budgeted figures; Coordinating with vendors for timely supplies in line with customer specifications; Coordinating with customer as well as vendors/ Shop for inspections; Meet business targets on Turnover; Responsible for payment collections from customer; Competence in Planning and Scheduling of Large Projects; Managing a team of order handling team for reaching the budgets towards Turnover as well Payment Collections.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hands on experience on Robotics system installation, maintenance & troubleshooting etc.
- Hands on experience in Instrumentation & Automation in manufacturing industry
- Should have knowledge about PLC / HMI programming & troubleshooting
- Hand on Experience on CNC Winding Mc/ SPM (special Purpose Machine) etc.
- Exposure to pneumatic & hydraulic system, power pack, compressor etc.
- Able to prepare maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods like ISO documentation, ABRA, CAPA, FAR etc.
- carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults (Electrical / Electronic/ Instrumentation / Mech etc)
- work with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers which control machinery on factory assembly lines
- diagnose breakdown problems & attend on priority
- fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
- Knowledge about of jig, fixtures, fittings or components
- Able to control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment
- Monitor and control maintenance plan & documentation, MTTR, MTBR, equipment availability etc.
- Prepare PM Checklist, History card, PM schedule etc.
- Should deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures of organization
- Experience in SAP PM module will be added advantage
- Should ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
- Team player with good communication skill in Kannada /English / Hindi.

Your background
- BE / Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in relevant function for 4-6 years in relevant Industry
