**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Enterprise-level designs for Active Directory with collaboration with Azure AD and Office 365
- Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible.
- Strong understanding of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory and third party software utilities for hardware systems within company operational guidelines.
- Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
- Plan and design Group Policy Objects as requested to ensure compliance of company policies for servers and user end-point devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory, GPO, Active Directory Federated Services, and password/identity management systems.
- Assist in management and support of internal and external DNS systems.
- Understanding and Practical exposure of Azure AD Connect/Azure AD
- Experience with Active Directory consolidation/migration (Quest migration Experience and using ADMT a plus)
- Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation.
- Conduct internal training program to skill up others
- Review domain level rights and privileges and perform changes to the same as appropriate.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment.
- Serves as the first line of escalation support for domain technology issues that cannot be resolved by tier one and two server support.
