Site Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and relevant regulations.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor progress and performance against project timelines and milestones.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, including technical challenges, material shortages, or personnel disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material usage.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges effectively.
- Communicate effectively with project team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
