Architectural Draughtsman

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and sections based on initial concepts provided by architects.
- Utilize CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) to create accurate and precise drawings.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to architectural standards, building codes, and client specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to refine designs and incorporate changes as needed.
- Assist in the development of 3D models and renderings for project presentations.
- Conduct site visits to gather data, measure existing conditions, and ensure design accuracy.
- Review and check drawings for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Maintain organized records of all project drawings and related documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural drafting.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
