Job Title: Chief Sales Officer - ERP Solutions Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client business processes and requirements to propose suitable ERP solutions.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for selling ERP solutions. Identify target markets and industries for ERP sales and formulate outreach plans.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of ERP systems. Effectively communicate the value proposition of ERP solutions to clients.

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Generate leads through market research, networking, and other strategic initiatives.

Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of ERP solutions to potential clients. Tailor presentations to showcase how ERP systems can address specific business challenges

Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome. Work closely with the legal team to finalize contracts and agreements.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing progress, challenges, and future projections. Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation, support, and technical teams, to ensure seamless delivery of ERP solutions.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on ERP solutions.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with relevant CRM software and sales tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
