Front Desk Receptionist (**Female** Only)
- Qualification:

- Any Graduate
- Work Experience:

- **6 months to 1 Yr **ofFront Desk / Reception **OR FRESHER**:

- **Job Location:

- ** Alambagh, Lucknow
- Salary:

- **Rs 10,000-12,000/-** per month

**Key Skills:

- **
- Good communication skills in **English (Speaking)**:

- Fair Knowledge of **MS-Excel**

**Job Profile:

- **
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette's and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
