CNC Programmer

**Job Summary / Role**:
We are looking for 2-3 years experienced person as a CNC Programmer with Strong programming knowledge in master cam. Need good knowledge and work experience on CNC milling and turning to do precision components according to drawing.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Should have knowledge in using CAD/CAM tools, CNC Turning & Milling Machines.
- Read technical drawings and set up the machines in accordance with these blueprints.
- Good knowledge of CNC Machines, Programming, Tool Selection, Cycle time optimization.
- Use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly.
- Strong Knowledge on M-Code & G-Codes.
- Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications.
- Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise.
- Maintain and look for opportunities to improve time standards across all aspects including; reduced cycle times, improved setup times and reduced downtime.
- Meet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivity.

**People ready to work 12 hours Duty daily will be given preference.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
