Photographer

Emperos Collective is seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our team, specializing in capturing the unique atmosphere and experiences of our cafe, salon, and other hospitality venues. As a Photographer, you will have the opportunity to showcase the ambiance, products, and services offered by our establishment through visually compelling images. Your work will play a vital role in attracting customers and creating a captivating online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality photographs of our cafe, salon, and hospitality venues, including interior, exterior, food, beverages, and services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the branding and visual style guidelines of the company.
- Collaborate with the cafe and salon staff to plan and execute photoshoots that highlight the essence of our brand and offerings.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on lighting, composition, and staging to create visually appealing images.
- Edit and retouch photographs to enhance their visual impact and align with the company's aesthetic.
- Deliver edited images within specified timelines for use in various marketing materials, including websites, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain an organized database of photographs and ensure proper backup and storage for future use.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative photography techniques related to cafe, salon, and hospitality photography.
- Attend team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and strategies for visual content creation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer, with a focus on cafe, salon, or other hospitality photography.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to capture the ambiance and details of a space or venue.
- Proficiency in operating professional photography equipment and using editing software.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques, composition, and styling specific to cafe, salon, and hospitality photography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to capture the unique essence of a venue or setting.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shooting conditions and locations.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles to align photography with the company's image.
