**JOB ROLE: TRAINER - AUTOMOBILE**

**JOB SUMMARY**:
As an Automobile Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate and enhance the skills of dealership staff, technicians, and sales professionals within the automotive industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that personnel are well-equipped with the knowledge and expertise required to effectively represent and service our brand's vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and update training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to the needs of dealership personnel and service technicians.
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and through virtual platforms, ensuring engaging and effective delivery of content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees and dealership management to enhance learning outcomes and performance.
- Stay updated with advancements in automobile technology, industry trends, and manufacturer specifications to incorporate relevant updates into training programs.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience in automotive training, dealership operations, or technical support roles within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automobile mechanics, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
- Proficiency in developing training materials and using multimedia tools for content delivery.

**QUALIFICATION**:
**ANY BACHELORS DEGREE OR RELEVANT FIELD**

**EXPERIENCE**:
**ABOVE 3 YEARS IN TRAINER AUTOMOBILE**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
