**Job Title**

Advisor, Business Systems Analysis

1) 8 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT. Experience in working in a Retail Bank is an added advantage.
2) Should have strong domain knowledge in the Retail banking. Digital banking experience is an added advantage.
3) Should have hands-on experience on using the core banking products in a large bank.
4) Signature product experience would be highly preferred
5) Should have understanding of BDD framework and ability to convert the User Stories to Gherkin Feature Files
6) The person should quickly understand the product and work towards improving the domain/product knowledge of the team.
7) Should be able to resolve the functional queries of the team
8) The person should have very good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Software development is plus.
9) The individual will work closely with Dev/QA Team, Tech Pub team, Senior Architects and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC
