**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Baby Sitter to provide exceptional care for newborn babies in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a Baby Sitter, you will be responsible for monitoring and providing care to infants who are premature, critically ill or require specialized medical attention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Observe and monitor newborns in the NICU to ensure their safety and well-being
- Assist with feeding, changing, and bathing of infants
- Administer medications as directed by the medical staff
- Perform routine medical procedures such as taking vital signs and collecting specimens
- Report any changes in the infant's condition to the medical staff
- Communicate with parents and family members regarding the infant's progress and care plan
- Keep the infant's environment clean and organized
- Comfort and soothe infants who are experiencing discomfort or distress
- Follow all hospital policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with newborns or in a medical setting preferred
- Certification in basic life support (BLS) and neonatal resuscitation program (NRP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.26 per month
