**Description**:
Position: DT Lead/ Project Coordinator

Location: India (Remote)

**Job Description**:

- Support Project Manager by maintaining document control and tracking project activities within project timelines.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage and coordinate field testers: assign work, track, and report progress, etc.
- Experience in Walk testing Venues for Walks and Benchmarking Projects.
- Create drive routes and plan and assign the work to DT teams.
- Reporting: provide daily and weekly reporting to Management
- Troubleshooting: perform troubleshooting and fix test equipment
- Communicate with point of contacts throughout the process and escalate issues as necessary
- Must be efficient with all DT Tools like TEMS, XCAL, NEMU
- Great troubleshooting knowledge related to different phone models, PCTEL,R&S and all OEM scanners
- Must be able to help drive teams to setup test equipment (script test cases, prepare test kits and troubleshoot)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
- 4+ years of experience in drive test coordination
- Gather all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
- Work with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.
- Assist Project Manager with development of a comprehensive project workflow process for project.
- Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned.
- Define and reach the project goals, such as project scope, timing, quality targets
- Manage the refined customer requirements and project documentation
- Lead the project progress: reporting meetings with customer and project steering group
- Act as a prime interface with the support functions within the organization
- Act as a prime interface with the third party Suppliers, Vendors and/or partner
- Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.

Required:

- At least 4 years relevant Telecom deployment experience required.

Skillset Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc.):

- Word, excel, PP, Power BI and any needed PM software
- Should have RF knowledge in mobile technologies like GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G
- Very organized and methodical
- Experience with Drive Testing
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- 5 years in Drive testing and coordination in LTE & 5G
- RF Engineering, RAN Engineering & Network Development is Must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
