Recruitment Executive

**Responsibilities -**
- As a Recruitment Executive; Partner with business and hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of the talent pool for the FMCG B2B Sales Distribution Project.
- Work with the business, to address ground challenges and difficulties to resolve on a timely basis.
- Must have experience working in field sourcing, preferably promotional activities, and Recruitment Portal handling experience.

**Basic qualifications & skills**:

- 1+ years of prior demonstrated experience in recruitment.
- Must be aware of promotional activities about the open positions and recruitment portals handling will be plus addition for the recruitment process of Sales profiles.
- Ability to partner effectively with recruitment vendors and HR business partners.
- Should be able to independently work on critical open positions
- Good spoken and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
