1. Develop a smoke detector mechanism by conducting stay actions with an objective to identify sudden/ typical behavioral/job execution change in respective employees. Counseling and interacting with an appreciative enquiry to address employee's concern and give supportive action either by counseling or through proper escalation channels.

2. Ensure that Morning Prayer should be played by security staff at the time of bus arrival. (8am & 09:30am). And Promise Meeting should be held at gate after Morning Prayer at gate.

3. Check all employees (their pocket, tiffin box, bags and other belongings) at the time of entry and ensure no tobacco, cell phone, camera, pen drives, personal laptops should not be entered into premises.

4. Check all employees (their pocket, tiffin box, bags and other belongings) at the time of exit and ensure no item from the company is being carried out.

5. Ensure all the employees should be with ID card, Uniform & Safety Shoes.

6. No employee should be allowed to go out of company premises during duty hours without **Permission Slip **signed by their HODs. Employees out time should be catch by face detection machine.

7. During night shift, should ensure that no team will be allowed in premises without supervisor.

8. Allow visitors only after confirming with concern persons.

9. Issue visitor pass and gate pass to all the visitors with visitor pass no. on every gate pass. And ensure no exit without collecting gate pass duly signed by concern person.

10. Check each and every vehicle (employee and visitor except RND) during entry and exit. After checking employees vehicle divert them to respective parking areas. Visitor’s vehicle should not be allowed inside the premises

11. No car, two wheeler should be park except parking area.

12. All the visitors would be checked and asked politely to submit their Tobacco/ cigarette at the gate which will be return to them at the time of exit. Communicate visitor’s politely to cover their mobile camera with sticker.

14. Ensure all security guards should be at least 10th pass and Supervisors should be at least 12th pass or graduate.

15. Ensure appointment of guards should maintain for three months. Curtail the frequency of guard’s replacement.

16. Provide safety and security training to security guards time to time.

17. Maintain and cross check security staff attendance register. Allow security staff to be on duty with proper uniform and ID-card.

18. Preventing work accidents by being aware of potential dangers, reporting safety hazards to HR Dept. and following directions to minimize the risk posed to others.

19. Maintain and cross check housekeeping attendance register. Allow housekeeping person only as per the list and picture given by HR dept.

20. Ensure no material movement (entry & exit) should be on off days. No material should be allowed inside the gate before 09:30am and after 01:30pm. In case of any emergency, there should a written permission letter signed by HOD and UKD.

21. No material should be accepted without PO and invoice no.

22. No material should be going out of the premises without delivery challan, gate pass or invoice.

23. Maintain following registers

a. Visitor’s register

b. Employee’s In/Out time

c. Inward register (Post/ parcels)

d. Material Inward/outward register

e. Night shift register

f. Security staff register

g. Water tanker register

h. Office Key In/Out register

i. Forklift Driver register

24. Capture night shift movement pictures and submit to HR Dept.

25. No one other than security staff would be allowed in security cabin.

26. Check all the water tankers and ensure they are fully filled up before getting entered into the premises.
