Job Discription : Social Media Executive:
A Social Media Executive is a professional responsible for overseeing and implementing a company's social media marketing and advertising strategy. This multifaceted role encompasses a variety of duties:
1. Content Creation and Curation: Crafting engaging content for social media platforms, which involves writing posts, designing graphics, and importantly, producing and editing videos. Video editing skills are crucial for creating visually appealing and engaging content that can capture the audience's attention on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

2. Strategy Planning: Setting goals and objectives for social media campaigns, selecting the most suitable platforms, and designing content strategies to effectively reach and engage with the target audience.

3. Community Management: Engaging with followers by responding to comments and messages, and managing customer service inquiries on social platforms to foster a positive community.

4. Analytics and Reporting: Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media initiatives, using these insights to refine and optimize future strategies.

5. Trend Awareness: Staying up to date with current digital trends, including changes in social media algorithms, and adapting strategies to leverage these trends effectively.

6. Brand Representation: Ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice, style, and ethics, thus maintaining a consistent brand image across various channels.

7. Collaboration and Coordination: Working in tandem with other marketing and communication teams to ensure a cohesive approach to social media in line with overall marketing efforts.

In addition to creativity, analytical thinking, and communication skills, a Social Media Manager needs to be proficient in video editing software and techniques. This proficiency allows them to create high quality video content, which is increasingly important in the visually driven landscape of social media. Their role is vital in building and maintaining a brand's online presence and reputation through engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content.

Experience: Preferred 1-2 Years

Salary : 25000/- to 40000/- Per Month

Monday to Saturday: 10 am to 7 pm
