We’re IndieVisual - and we produce all kinds of videos that any business or startup needs. And we make the process quick, affordable, professional - and simple. We’re doing this through the introduction of technology into the production process, and a curated pool of expert videographers, scriptwriters, and editors for custom shoots anywhere in India. 

**Job Summary**:As the video production coordinator for our video production company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing each video project from conception to completion. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams, liaising with clients, coordinating various departments, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for each project, you will drive excellence, creativity, and efficiency throughout the production process.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the entire production team.
- Preparing and monitoring the production schedules.
- Planning and coordinating production activities.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the production team.
- Developing strategies to meet the production goals.
- Organizing the equipment for the shoot
- Managing the production budget and tracking all the bills.
- Working in collaboration with the sales and BD team for client management
- Serving as a liason between the production team and the client
- Preparing and maintaing production reports.
- Conducting research on recent trends in the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Films, Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related degree.
- 3+ years of working experience as a Production Coordinator, Production Assistant, or a similar position in the Media industry.
- Familiarity with all the production aspects.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for the smooth running of the production house.
- Ability to deal with different personalities at the production house.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Production: 2 years (preferred)
