**Role Summary**
The E-Commerce Focused UI/UX Designer will play a key role in creating intuitive and engaging designs for our e-commerce platform. This includes crafting user-centric design methodologies, developing interactive prototypes based on user research and tests, and ensuring design improvements and optimizations meet user needs, with a particular focus on e-commerce site usability and conversion rates.

**Responsibilities**
・Design and implement UI/UX for our website using user-centered design methodologies, specifically tailored for e-commerce sites.
・Create interactive prototypes based on user research and testing.
・Improve and optimize designs according to user needs, focusing on e-commerce site usability and conversion rate enhancement.
・Develop visual designs that align with brand identity.
・Build and maintain design systems and guidelines.
・Collaborate with the development team to implement designs.
・Design and produce attractive banners for promotions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
・Manage the operation of the e-commerce site to maintain consistency and quality in design elements.

**Qualifications**
・Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in UI/UX design, particularly with e-commerce projects.
・Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
・Experience in user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
・Well-versed in responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
・Skills in banner creation and e-commerce site operation.
・Basic knowledge of coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
・Excellent communication skills and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month
