We are seeking a skilled and passionate Trainer specializing in Handicraft and Stitching to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to individuals interested in learning various handicraft techniques and stitching skills. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, teaching abilities, and a genuine desire to empower learners, particularly women and marginalized communities, to generate income through creative endeavors.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop comprehensive training curricula and lesson plans for Handicraft and Stitching courses, ensuring alignment with learners' needs and industry standards.

2. Deliver hands-on training sessions covering a range of handicraft techniques such as embroidery, fabric painting, weaving, and stitching methods including hand-sewing and machine sewing.

3. Provide personalized instruction and guidance to trainees, fostering a supportive learning environment conducive to skill development and confidence building.

4. Demonstrate proper use of tools, equipment, and materials involved in handicraft and stitching activities, emphasizing safety precautions and best practices.

5. Facilitate practical exercises and projects to reinforce theoretical concepts and enhance trainees' proficiency in executing various handicraft projects and garment construction.

6. Assess trainees' progress regularly through practical assessments and evaluations, offering constructive feedback and implementing remedial measures as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

7. Collaborate with other trainers and support staff to coordinate training schedules, resource allocation, and logístical arrangements for training sessions and events.

8. Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and training outcomes for reporting purposes, contributing to program monitoring and evaluation efforts.

9. Stay abreast of emerging trends, techniques, and innovations in the handicraft and stitching industry, incorporating relevant updates into training content and methodologies.

10. Cultivate partnerships with local artisans, craft organizations, and industry stakeholders to enhance training opportunities, market linkages, and income-generating avenues for trainees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
