1. Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.

2. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

3. Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

4. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

5. Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.

6. Performs other duties as assigned.

7. Supervise and direct payroll team.

8. Be knowledgeable about and understand new legislation impacting payroll

9. Review payroll policies and amend procedures when required

10. Review multiple client salary register as a checker once the team generated draft salary register

11. Resolve issues relating to payroll production

12. Pay employees salaries by processing payroll data accurately

13. Meeting with client to explain about payroll software

14. Interact with client for their requirement on payroll as well as on payroll compliance

15. Generation of New Joinee in PF / ESIC if required

16. Generation of PF & ESIC Challan

17. Resolving queries of employee as well as HR on payroll compliance

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
