Onset Homes, a soft furnishing D2C brand in Kolkata is looking for an “E-Commerce Manager” at our office at Paridhan Garment Park, 19, Canal South Road, Beliaghata, Kolkata - 700015, SDS3 Module, for managing E-Commerce marketplaces as well as our own website.
- At least 2 years experience with Shopify.
- Skill for weekly inventory planning and managing stock availability.
- Needs to work closely with demand planning and warehousing teams.
- Ability to work on deadlines, Good client facing skills.
- Looking at ways to enhance the brand both online and offline
- Communicate with customers for queries, follow-ups, order updates and fulfillment
- Coordinate with logistics partners for tracking shipments to ensure timely deliveries
- Improving the customer’s overall experience with the brand by identifying opportunities for customer delight
- Answering all incoming calls from customers inquiring about the product and services
- Working actively to answer and address all incoming WhatsApp messages and calls
- Excellent problem-solving skills, time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude and high-energy
- Have some experience with Textiles and Décor is always helpful
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Key Requirements
- Any bachelor / postgraduate /diploma degree marketing or business administration field. Experience within digital marketing. Creative and strategic thinker with strong customer orientation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail.
