Job Summary:
As a Business Coordinator for our Gold Loan Division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning and growth of our operations across our 12 branches. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the gold loan business, from customer relationship management to operational efficiency and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Branch Coordination:

- Act as the central point of contact between the head office and branch managers.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between branches and other departments.
- Ensure alignment of branch activities with company objectives and policies.
- Operational Support:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of all 12 branches, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and branch performance metrics.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Foster a customer-centric culture within the branches, emphasizing quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with branch staff to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of financial products.
- Business Development:

- Support branch managers in implementing business development initiatives to drive loan disbursements and revenue growth.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Training and Development:

- Conduct training sessions for branch staff to enhance their knowledge of gold loan products, processes, and customer service skills.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to branch teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in gold loan business.
- Strong understanding of gold loan products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
