Roles & Responsibilities:

- 1)Responsible for microbiological day to day activity like sampling analysis of ingredients, semi finished product and Finished product.

2)Validation of cleaning and sanitization process, maintaining documentation related to microbiology lab management system.

3)Handle Environmental microbiology monitoring ,Personal hygiene monitoring for food handler.
