Job Title: Cutting In-Charge (Garment Factory - Kids' Clothing)

Job Summary:
As the Cutting In-Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the cutting department's activities. Your primary objective will be to ensure the accurate and timely cutting of fabrics according to the approved patterns and specifications. You will work closely with the production team and report to the Factory Manager, contributing to the smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Fabric Cutting Management:

- Supervise and lead the cutting team in the day-to-day operations.
- Organize and prioritize the cutting schedule based on production requirements and deadlines.
- Review cutting orders and verify the accuracy of fabric types, quantities, and measurements.

2. Quality Control:

- Ensure the precision of fabric cutting by monitoring cutting equipment and processes.
- Implement quality control procedures to avoid errors and minimize fabric wastage.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest quality standards throughout the cutting process.

3. Pattern and Marker Management:

- Collaborate with the Design Department to receive and interpret approved patterns.
- Efficiently create markers to optimize fabric usage and reduce material costs.
- Verify the correct placement of patterns on fabric to achieve consistent garment sizing and alignment.

4. Team Training and Development:

- Train new team members on cutting techniques, machine operation, and safety protocols.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the team's cutting skills and efficiency.

5. Maintenance and Safety:

- Ensure the proper maintenance of cutting equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
- Uphold safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment for the cutting team.

6. Inventory Management:

- Monitor fabric stock levels and coordinate with the Procurement Department for timely replenishment.
- Keep accurate records of fabric consumption and wastage for reporting purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cutting in-charge or similar role in a garment manufacturing environment, preferably in kids' clothing.
- In-depth knowledge of fabric types, cutting techniques, and pattern interpretation.
- Familiarity with using cutting machines, tools, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain precision in cutting.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide the cutting team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer skills to handle cutting-related software and maintain records.
- Understanding of quality control procedures and the importance of meeting production deadlines.
- Safety-conscious mindset with the ability to enforce safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak production periods.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
