Mig Welder

We are seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder to join near to Sampla Haryana. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing MIG welding equipment to join various metal components according to blueprints and specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, welding procedures, and shop orders to understand weld requirements.
- Select appropriate welding parameters such as amperage, voltage, wire feed speed, and gas flow rate.
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and beveling edges as needed.
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform various MIG welding techniques such as butt welds, lap welds, fillet welds, and corner welds.
- Ensure welds meet quality standards by inspecting for defects like cracks, porosity, and improper fusion.
- Clean and maintain welding equipment and work area.
- May assist with tasks like material handling and shop organization.
- May operate cutting equipment (e.g., plasma cutter) to prepare materials for welding (depending on the role).
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a MIG Welder or a related welding profession.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
- Strong understanding of MIG welding principles, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Experience with reading and interpreting welding symbols and blueprints.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as welding helmet, gloves, and respirator.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
