Client Services Representative

As a **Client Services Representative**, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining positive relationships with our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, address their inquiries, and provide information about our products and services. You’ll be the friendly voice that represents our agency, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound and Outbound Communication**:
- Handle incoming phone calls from clients.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients.
- Use scripts effectively to provide accurate information about our products and services.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Familiarize yourself with our agency’s offerings.
- Understand the features, benefits, and pricing of our products.
- Be prepared to answer questions and address any concerns clients may have.
- **Client Relationship Building**:
- Build rapport with clients through empathetic and courteous communication.
- Listen actively to client needs and tailor responses accordingly.
- Gather feedback and relay it to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- **Problem-Solving**:
- Investigate and resolve client issues promptly.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate channels.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Update client profiles and notes in our CRM system.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
