Minimum of 1 year experience in Insurance sales
- Stability - spent at least 1 year in the current organization
- Interested in working for the Bancassurance channel Some other important criteria
- Knowledge Required: Knowledge about BFSI industry Sales (preferably in bancassurance sales in Bank), or any product sales, field sales, FMCG Sales, Pharma product Sales etc
- Age: 21 to 35 years
- Behavioral Competencies: Customer Centricity, Result Orientation, Relationship Management, Sales Capability & Problem Solving

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹390,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Insurance sales: 2 years (required)
