Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Efficiently plan the production workload and deliver products within client deadlines.
- Manage a diverse team of workers, machine operators to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies needed for production.
- Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with other departments, including design, quality control, and logistics, to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the production team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
