Position Summary:
As a Real Estate Investment Advisor at MicroMitti, you will play a crucial role in guiding our

investors through the process of making informed investment decisions. You will provide expert

advice, conduct thorough market research, and evaluate potential real estate investment

opportunities. Your expertise and strategic insights will help our investors maximize returns

while minimizing risks.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential real estate investment opportunities,

taking into consideration location, market trends, economic factors, and regulatory aspects.

2. Evaluate and analyze investment opportunities, including financial statements, property

assessments, and market data, to determine their viability and potential returns.

3. Provide expert advice to investors regarding real estate investments, offering insights on

property selection, asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio diversification.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop investment strategies and help design investment

products that align with market demand and investor preferences.

5. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide

accurate and timely investment advice to investors.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, fostering trust and confidence in

MicroMitti's platform and services.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract potential

investors and grow the user base.

8. Provide ongoing support to investors, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests

promptly and professionally.

9. Monitor the performance of investments and provide regular reports to investors, highlighting

key insights and recommendations.

10. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulations

and maintain a high standard of ethical practices.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or

professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, or similar) preferred.

2. Proven experience (3+ years) as a real estate investment advisor, real estate analyst, or a

similar role, preferably in a financial institution, real estate firm, or investment advisory company.

3. Strong knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, financial modeling, and risk

management techniques.

4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed

investment recommendations.

5. Familiarity with fractional investment concepts and platforms is a plus.

6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and

communicate complex ideas effectively.

7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

8. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Proficient in using financial analysis tools, spreadsheets, and investment software.

10. A passion for real estate and a genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their

investment goals.
