Position Overview: A Wedding Album Designer is responsible for creating beautiful and captivating wedding albums that encapsulate the joyous memories of a couple's special day. The designer plays a crucial role in turning the couple's wedding photographs into a timeless keepsake, ensuring the album tells the story of the event in a visually appealing and personalized manner. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of design, and proficiency in various design software.

Key Responsibilities:
Album Design: Create stunning and unique wedding album layouts that showcase the couple's wedding photographs in an artistic and cohesive manner. Pay careful attention to image sequencing, balance, and overall aesthetics.

Image Selection: Work with the couple to select the best photographs for inclusion in the album, ensuring that the selected images reflect the essence and emotions of their special day.

Graphic Elements: Incorporate graphic elements, typography, and embellishments to enhance the visual appeal of the album and complement the wedding theme and style.

Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the couple to understand their preferences, vision, and expectations for the wedding album. Be open to feedback and revisions throughout the design process.

Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of the finished wedding albums to clients.

Editing and Retouching: Perform basic photo editing and retouching as needed to ensure the photographs look their best in the final album design.

Print Preparation: Prepare the finalized wedding album design for print, ensuring it meets the required specifications and quality standards for printing.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software advancements, and album printing techniques to continuously improve the quality and creativity of the wedding album designs.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual arts, photography, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant work experience and a strong portfolio can be considered.

Design Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and other relevant tools for creating stunning wedding album layouts.

Creativity: A high level of creativity and artistic flair to craft visually appealing and emotionally impactful wedding album designs.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that each album design is flawless and tailored to the couple's preferences.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and understand their needs and preferences.

Time Management: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Passion for Weddings: An appreciation for the significance of weddings and the ability to capture and reflect the love and emotions of the couple through the album design.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous wedding album designs and other relevant graphic design work.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
