**GM Finance**
- End to End controllership of Accounting, Reporting, Treasury, Cash Control, System process

and Internal Controls, ERP, Audits, Intercompany transactions & Due diligence w.r.t

Corporate Finance Function
- Oversee all financial accounting, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with

appropriate accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Ensure underlying

accounting records are prepared in accordance with IndAs.
- Review monthly financial reports for accuracy, completeness and major variances between

actual over last month/qtr/year.
- Support and Involvement for all Direct Tax and Indirect Tax compliance & and reporting

which includes IT returns, Tax provisioning, Tax Audits, DTA/DTL, e-tds returns, Transfer

Pricing, Goods & Service Tax (GST).
- Take care of annual closing entailing preparation of annual financial statement as per

IndAs, 3CD, 3CEB, filing of ITR, and yearly report with ROC.
- Preparation of various data required by Company Secretary for statutory fillings with RBI

and ROC
- Manage and comply with all regulatory reporting requirements.
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies

and procedures
- Ensure timely closure of Statutory audit and Internal audits.
- Leading a team of 6-10 employees ensure high performance
- Support the Leadership team in developing and delivering the organization's financial and

business strategy
- Ensure adequate controls are in place, SOP/ policies are law-compliant & and business
- focused.
- Additional controller duties as necessary
