**Responsibilities**:

- **Chemical Analysis**:

- Conduct routine and specialized chemical analyses using appropriate laboratory techniques and equipment.
- **Quality Control**:

- Perform quality control tests to ensure the consistency and reliability of products.
- **Data Interpretation**:

- Analyse and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of experiments, findings, and test results.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- **Instrumentation**:

- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- **Research & Development**:

- Contribute to research and development efforts aimed at improving existing products or developing new ones.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and research teams.
- **Problem Solving Skills**:

- Investigate and troubleshoot problems related to product quality or manufacturing processes.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in the field.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, CDSCO regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MS office.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
