**Position**:Sr. Project Engineer - Interior Projects

**Experience Level**: 3 - 8 Yrs

**Qualification**:Engineering in Construction

Engineering in Civil with 3+ years’ experience in the building commercial establishment construction as independent in-charge and should have a track-record of strong execution capabilities and managing resources. Proficient in Project management skills and executing construction Projects as per Drawings & norms and Quality & Safety. Ensure executing the project as per the guide lines in the form of drawings, specification, or instructions.

Handling interiors Projects like Hotels, Villas, Hospitals, and Institutions. Supervise the complete execution of the project and provide solutions.

**Responsible for**:

- Handling Projects Commercial constructions managing complete civil and Interiors
- Handling interiors Projects like Hotels, Villas, Hospitals, and Institutions
- Supervise the complete execution of the project and provide solutions
- Monitoring and scheduling of projects through projects management techniques
- Ensure good finishing and quality work and executing & monitoring as per schedule
- Ensure the project Quality of works in accordance of PQP and contract before handover to client
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
- Verification of BOQ and responsible material received & consumed
- Thorough technical knowledge of good construction practice
- Managing all the Site Engineers and Manpower Planning & Mobilization
- Attending the client meeting for Project Review and analyze the progress of work till completion
- Responsible for handing over completed site and taking completion certificate from clients
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required by the management
- Coordinate with project architect, Subcontractors and the client
- Ability take accurate measurements and Arrange templates for production
- Reconciliation of material after projects and update site progress on weekly basis

**Required Skills**:
Engineering in Civil with 3+ Yrs of working experience and capable in executing Interiors projects related to Glass works, partitions, wood works, Painting, facade & Canopies, Glass Railings & Handrails, External & Internal cladding, Shower cubicles, Modular kitchen & Bathroom Solutions
- Address all techno-commercial issues with clients & contractors while executing the project Co-ordination
- Experienced in attending Client Project review meetings & Preparing site reports
- Should be experienced in project planning, Manpower Planning & Mobilization
- Should know documentation on QC, Billing, and Safety& Labour
- Should have Excellent Communication Skill

**Location**: Bangalore

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
