**Primotech **is seeking a talented and experienced Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team in Mohali. As a Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our company and products. You will work closely with our creative team to conceptualize and create captivating designs that resonate with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design creative assets including but not limited to: marketing materials, social media graphics, website designs, product packaging, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
- Lead the development of design concepts, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality and innovation of our designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to drive innovation and differentiation in our visual communication.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 Years) working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FIGMA etc.) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring designs are visually appealing and effectively communicate the desired message.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,031.62 - ₹30,446.76 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
