Field Marketing Executive

_**Job Summary**:_
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities_
- And managing relationships with existing clients in an insurance broking company._
- This role involves identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and_
- Insurance products and excellent communication and negotiation skills._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- 1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to_
- expand the client base. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and_
- industry segments. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and_
- convert prospects into clients._
- 2. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with_
- existing and potential clients. Understand clients' insurance needs and provide_
- appropriate solutions. Regularly meet with clients to review their insurance coverage_
- and address any concerns._
- 3. Sales Process Management
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact_
- to closing the sale. Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotations to_
- clients. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and underwriters to secure_
- Favorable deals._
- 4. Teamwork-Work closely with the underwriting and claims departments to ensure_
- seamless service delivery. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop_
- promotional materials and campaigns. Participate in team meetings and contribute to_
- sales strategy discussions._
- 5. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client_
- interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports_
- and forecasts for the Sales Manager. Analyze sales data to identify trends,_
- opportunities, and areas for improvement._
- 6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes,_
- and new insurance products. Participate in training and development programs to_
- enhance skills and knowledge. Provide feedback on market conditions and client_
- needs to support product development._
- Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field._
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services. Excellent communication,_
- negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft_
- Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record_
- of achieving sales targets._
- Customer Focus: Committed to providing excellent service and building long-term_
- relationships. Effectively conveys information and persuades clients._
- Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals._
- Self-Motivation: Proactively seeks new opportunities and demonstrates_

Pay: ₹8,224.72 - ₹30,000.46 per month
