Job Description for ISA Intern
( Females Only )

A Real Estate Inside Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in the real estate sales process, as their efforts contribute to lead generation, client engagement, and overall business growth.

Successful ISA help bridge the gap between potential clients and real estate professionals, ultimately leading to successful real estate transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or through cold calling. Identify and qualify prospective buyers, sellers, or renters. Gather essential information about the client's real estate preferences and requirements.

**Information Dissemination**:
Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and location. Explain real estate services offered by the company, such as property listings, buying, selling, or renting assistance. Answer client inquiries and address concerns regarding properties, real estate market trends, and the buying/selling process.

**Relationship Building**:
Establish rapport with clients to build trust and credibility. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during interactions. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and gauge their level of interest.

**Appointment Scheduling**:
Schedule appointments for clients to view properties or meet with real estate agents. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure they are aware of upcoming appointments and client preferences.

**Database Management**:
Update and maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, and client interactions. Keep records of calls, appointments, and client feedback for reporting and analysis.

**Target Achievement**:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

**Communication**:
Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents and brokers, to facilitate seamless client experiences. Report to supervisors or managers on progress and challenges faced.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology, property types, and market trends.
- Proficient in using CRM software and database management tools.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Patience and resilience in handling rejection and objections.
- Time management skills to prioritize and manage a high volume of calls.
- Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding telemarketing and client data.
- As opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.
- Stipend for this position will be 5000 per month.
- internship time period will be for 3 months fixed.
