**Job Description Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

Marketing and Creative Effort
- Drive the creative development of our marketing and play a significant role in the creative process for campaign development.
- Recommend a hosting platform for our image library as well as determine where and how to source images; under the guidance of Senior Director, Marcom lead photo shoot to supplement stock photo library with owned images to support digital and offline marketing materials.
- Conduct design research to provide insight on industry trends in support of GE Digital Grid Software’s brand.
- Use effective time management and organizational skills to maintain workflows and meet deadlines.
- Follow projects from concept to final approval working with team members from multiple departments.
- Develop and edit complex presentations as part of executive support.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives that are integral to the company.

Website and Social Media
- Produce and manage creative assets for the website and social media that help draw readers in and encourage engagement.
- Assist with design exploratory for website redesign.

Video Support
- Support SMEs with the creation of animated explanatory videos.
- Edit videos of virtual event recordings to support the event team.
- Create unique sizzle reels for case studies and reports.

**Qualifications**
- 5 - 7 years’ experience with a degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Proficient with Adobe CS products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro creating animated and non-animated videos
- Strong understanding of design rules and principles
- Strong eye for detail, aesthetic, and typographic sense
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Self-starter who takes initiative to propose new ideas and projects
- Passionate about visual problem solving and graphic design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of print production a plus
