**ob Summary**:
The Course Counsellor is responsible for guiding and advising prospective students on courses offered by INSD, assisting them in making informed decisions about their education, and ensuring an excellent student experience from initial inquiry to enrollment. This role requires a proactive, student-centric approach to meet admission targets and provide quality service.**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling**:
- **Provide detailed information about the courses, admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and career prospects.**:
- **Assist students in identifying their interests and guide them toward suitable courses.**:
- **Admissions Guidance**:
- **Organize and conduct information sessions, campus tours, and open houses to promote the institute's programs.**:
- **Relationship Management**:
- **Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.**:
- **Follow up with students who have shown interest but have not completed the enrollment process.**:
- **Target Achievement**:
- **Work towards achieving set enrollment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).**:
- **Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute outreach activities such as webinars, seminars, and workshops.**:
- **Market Research**:
- **Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and changes in education policies.**:
- **Provide feedback to the management on market needs and student expectations.**:
- **Communication and Reporting**:
- **Prepare regular reports on counseling activities, enrollment numbers, and student feedback.**:
- **Communicate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, academic, and administration, to ensure a smooth admission process.**
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in education, marketing, or counseling is preferred.**:
- **Proven experience in student counseling, sales, or a related field, preferably within the education sector.**:
- **Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.**:
- **Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.**:
- **Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.**:
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
