**Responsibilities**
- Create a strong course design documents / blueprints with clearly stated learning outcomes
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling technical course content that enhances retention and transfer
- Recommend instructional end goals and create content that matches them
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessments
- Maintain project documentation and course folders

**Skills and Qualifications**
- IC Role (IC3+)
- 5+ Years’ experience in Instructional Design
- Bachelors/Masters/Engineering Degree
- Good knowledge of instructional design techniques for creating technical training content
- Excellent Spoken and Written Communication
- Proven Technical content design experience
- Proven Instructional design experience
