**Profile Introduction**:
As a Gym Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, playing a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the gym. Your friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of the fitness center.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet members and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Provide information about gym facilities, programs, and services.
- Assist in resolving member inquiries, concerns, or issues.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage and maintain the front desk area.
- Register new members and maintain accurate membership records.
- Process membership fees and ensure timely payments.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Schedule appointments for personal training sessions, classes, and facility bookings.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of daily activities.
- Communicate schedule changes or updates to members.
- **Sales Support**:

- Promote and upsell gym memberships, additional services, and merchandise.
- Provide information on promotions and discounts to encourage membership retention.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness and Order**:

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception area.
- Ensure that gym equipment is properly organized and tidy.

**Requirements**:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
