Must have 1-2 years of experience in the same capacity.
- Implement non-formal education activities for children (3 to 6).
- Plan and implement effective classroom management practices to develop independent learners and students’ ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Complete daily lesson plans and develop differentiated learning material based on age, educational level, and the individual needs of students.
- Create a safe classroom environment and promote holistic student well-being.
- Promote empathy, compassion and respect for the gender, ethnic, religious, cultural, and learning diversity of students.
- Any other tasks assigned by the line manager in line with overall response in the area of deployment.
