Ability to understand and prepare all financial reports like Ledgers, Balance sheet, Cost statement, etc.,

Abundant knowledge on Taxation system (GST).

Must have the awareness regarding SCM functions like Inventory management, procurement, etc.,

Knowledge on Government statutory norms (PF, ESI, F&F etc.,) and acts (Companies Act, Factories Act, labour laws, etc.,)

Must be able to handle admin & IR functions and supply chain management activities.

Deep understanding in Contractual management and clauses related to it.

Must possess skill set of maintaining good relationships with Government Officials, Customers/Client, and Contractors.

Good analysing skills of financial figures for improving margin.

Must have the drive towards innovation which will result in effective cost control.
