As a Gynecologist at Medinetix Healthcare and Diagnostic Center, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive gynecological and obstetrical care to women. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing and treating various reproductive health issues, guiding patients through pregnancy, and offering preventive care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Consultations**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with female patients to assess and address their gynecological and obstetrical concerns.
- Perform detailed examinations, including pelvic exams, Pap smears, and breast exams, to diagnose and monitor reproductive health conditions.
- **Diagnostic and Treatment Planning**:

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds, blood tests, and hormone panels.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for conditions such as menstrual disorders, infertility, and menopause.
- Manage prenatal care, labor, and delivery, ensuring the health and safety of both mother and child.
- **Surgical Procedures**:

- Perform gynecological surgeries, including hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and cesarean sections, as needed.
- Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
- **Patient Education and Counseling**:

- Educate patients on reproductive health, pregnancy, contraception, and menopause.
- Offer counseling on family planning, sexual health, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall well-being.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, general practitioners, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
- Ensure compliance with medical and ethical guidelines in all aspects of patient care.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS degree with a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/MS/DNB) from a recognized institution.
- Valid Medical Council registration and license to practice.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience in gynecology and obstetrics.
- Proficiency in performing gynecological surgeries and managing high-risk pregnancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
