**Job Description**:
Execute local/global projects tenders in different material fields (MRO)
- Engage with key suppliers to establish deep supplier relationships and build/extend relationships across the divisions (supplier mentorship).
- Manage suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance, incl. data quality, supplier evaluation, contract management
- Define and implement category strategies that meet Bosch needs.
- Design Negotiation Strategies and execute under competition as well as w/o competition
- Effectively communicate category strategies to the internal stakeholders and the technical project purchasing organization for MRO
- Steer global/cross-divisional projects of strategical importance and effectively balancing the RFQ process and TCO evaluation of suppliers against the business stakeholder's requirements.
- Perform total cost of ownership evaluations and supply-market researches
- Lead the negotiation of complex contracts and event driven cost reductions and close resp. global contracts in regards with focus on purchasing automation / eCommerce
- Ensure fulfillment of compliance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in cost, delivery, and quality performance.
- Actively engage, support and lead continuous improvements of processes/Templates within the department and interfaces with other departments - with focus on automation (RPA) & data analytics etc.
- Prepare Sub-material field strategy for Global suppliers

**Qualifications**:
Completed degree in electrical-, mechanical
- or industrial engineering, or related
Preferred work experience of +5 years' experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts Management or equivalent role in Supply Chain management
Experiences in negotiation & Supplier management
Ability to effectively operate at all levels of the organization
Ability to work closely with business, engineering, and legal teams on issues to create strong commercial solutions for Bosch
High proficiency in MS office and other user IT-tools and systems
Conceptual and diligent working style
Excellent communication and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
Problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to identify issues, develop solutions & drive results
Fluency in English both in written and spoken form
Competent appearance and self-management of tasks
Project Management and capacity to efficiently manage multiple projects

Additional Information
- Minimum 8 -10 years’ experience in Purchase, Indirect purchase experience is preferred
- Exposure to international working environments
