Admin Accounts Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including handling correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
**Accounts Management**:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budget reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
**Purchasing & Procurement**:
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage vendor relationships.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Coordinate with various departments to meet their purchasing needs and ensure compliance with company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, accounting, and procurement.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally), and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Desired Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
