**Aufgaben**:
**Job Title**:Salesforce Technical Architect

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Architecture, design and development of scalable and sustainable solutions on the Salesforce platform and assist in shaping our platform architectural vision and roadmap plan.
- Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce Products to drive solution architecture.
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions, provide workload estimates
- Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our business.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle
- Performs code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and conduct quality assurance activities to ensure the delivery of high quality solutions
- Detect dependencies to other systems/demands,etc
- Stay up-to-date with latest Salesforce fetaures,technologies and industry trends and evaluate their potential impact on the Organization’s Salesforce ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless information flow
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the performance usability and scalability of Salesforce platform
- Create POCs as needed to help stakeholders understand the proposed solution.
- Align with Product Owner and IT Lead on content, timing and status of demands (incl. epics and user stories)
- Work in SAFE Agile framework and participate in SAFe events
- Present or demo functionalities where involvement is required.
- Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders needs and requirements continuously in view and their related reporting.
- Create and Maintain technical documentation, including solution design, system configuration and data models

**Technical skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience with full salesforce implementation (Service or Sales Cloud) **.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments
- Proficient in Designing Scalable Solutions using Apex Triggers and its framework, Apex Classes, LWC, Flows, Batch Apex, SOAP/Rest API Integrations.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile environment - ideally with SAFe experience.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and technologies.
- Specific experience with at least one of the areas is valued: Service Cloud, CTI integration, Omni channel or Knowledge Management.
- Experience with online collaboration tools (ideally Jira/Confluence/Mural)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage colleagues or business stakeholders, present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to be flexible and work accurate and outcome based, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure, multi-tasking environment with changing priorities
- Ability to partner with both technical and non-technical peers and stakeholders, to interact with various levels of management, and to promote cross functional collaboration
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application or System Architect are highly desired

**Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in Customer/client facing projects
- Excellent team player with good lead capabilities
- Good decision making capabilities
- Good presentation and reporting skills
