**Position Overview**:We are seeking a creative and talented **Video Creator** to join our team on a remote basis. As a Video Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and informative face-to-face videos that resonate with our target audience. This is a work-from-home opportunity that requires a commitment of 4 hours per day. If you have a passion for storytelling, video production, and connecting with viewers through visual content, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, script, and storyboard face-to-face video content that aligns with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop video ideas that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Set up an at-home studio or shooting environment with appropriate lighting, sound, and background, ensuring high production quality.
- Record high-quality video content, ensuring clear video and audio quality throughout the recording.
- Edit and post-process video footage using video editing software to enhance visual appeal, coherence, and overall quality.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the video content's impact.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and best practices to continuously improve video quality and engagement.
- Manage video production timelines and deliver content according to set schedules.
- Collaborate with team members, including writers, designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure video content aligns with overall strategies.
- Respond to feedback and make necessary revisions to video content in a timely manner.
- Monitor video performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve future content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing face-to-face videos.
- Proficiency in video recording equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording to ensure professional production quality.
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to edit and post-process video content effectively.
- Creative mindset with a deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members remotely.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of different social media platforms and video best practices for each.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience creating educational or instructional video content.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of SEO and video optimization for search and discovery.
- Basic graphic design skills for creating thumbnails and promotional images.

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month
