**Job Title**: Campus In-Charge
The Campus In-Charge is responsible for the overall management and administration of the campus, ensuring the smooth operation of all campus activities. This role involves overseeing academic programs, student services, facility management, staff coordination, and compliance with institutional policies and regulations. The Campus In-Charge will act as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, promoting a positive and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Academic Management**:
- Oversee the implementation and quality of academic programs.
- Coordinate with department heads and faculty to ensure curriculum standards are met.
- Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.
- **Student Services**:
- Manage student admissions, registration, and records.
- Oversee student support services, including counseling, career services, and extracurricular activities.
- Address student concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Promote student engagement and retention initiatives.
- **Facility Management**:
- Ensure the campus is safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of campus facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility-related services.
- Implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- **Staff Coordination**:
- Supervise campus staff, including administrative and support personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:
- Develop and manage the campus budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to support academic and operational needs.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- **Community and External Relations**:
- Represent the campus at institutional meetings and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, businesses, and stakeholders.
- Promote the campus and its programs to prospective students and the public.
- Coordinate campus events and outreach activities.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the campus strategic plan.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the campus’s reputation and competitiveness.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational administrative role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of academic programs, student services, and facility management.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and campus management software.
Working Conditions:
- Typical office environment on a campus setting.
- May require occasional evening and weekend work.
- Ability to travel to various campus locations as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
